Hi gang. Some advice, if you don't mind me giving it.
Next time you land get a set of Mackerel feathers (these are a line of 6-10 hooks with coloured feathers tied on), some swivels and a lead wieght from the local tackle shop. Put the wieght on the end of the feathers with a swivel, tie the feathers to your line with another swivel and drag behid you as you sail some 5-10 metres behind. Hey presto! You will feel the the fish hit and should be able to pull out a full line. if you pass through a shoal. What you can't eat you cut into strips put on a hook and dagle over the edge to catch bigger fish. Easy peasy. Best of luck and keep up the good work all of you .It's great to follow your progess.
